ROBERTS, Judge.

This appeal is taken from a conviction for the offense of felony theft. Punishment was assessed at ten years' confinement.

A special agent for the Santa Fe Railroad testified that on February 24, 1971, he observed appellant walking beside a row of automobiles parked along the street, and appellant was going from car to car checking the doors. The agent testified that appellant worked his way along one side of the street up...
