As a result of her husband's death in an automobile collision, appellant brought a wrongful death action against Trans World Airlines, Inc. and The Wackenhut Corporation. The case went to trial before a jury and at the close of plaintiff's evidence, the court directed a verdict in favor of the defendant, Wackenhut.
