This is a suit by Dan McDonald Wilson and Mrs. Bevelle Nabers Crane, as Curatrix of the interdict, Mrs. Nannie Sue Wilson Nabers, for the cancellation of an oil, gas and mineral lease of 75.39 acres in the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 8 East in Pointe Coupee Parish, granted by them to Lewis Gottlieb on May 15, 1961.
