Defendant appeals from his conviction for burglary. He contends the court erred both by charging on alibi when he had not set it up as a defense and by giving an incomplete charge on the subject.

Defendant made a statement in which he said he was at home in bed at the time the crime was perpetrated. This is, by implication, a plea of alibi which authorized the court to give an appropriate instruction. Taylor v. State, 155 Ga....
