ONION, Presiding Judge.

This appeal arises out of a conviction for statutory rape where the punishment was assessed by the jury at life imprisonment.

Initially, appellant contends the trial court erred in failing to sustain his challenge for cause to five prospective jurors who stated on voir dire examination they could not consider assessing the minimum punishment of five years if chosen as jurors and in the event of a verdict of guilty...
