The record shows that Curtis Ray Jordan, the appellant herein, along with Oscar Eddie Jordan, Jr., were indicted by the Grand Jury of Abbeville County and charged with the crime of armed robbery. Section 16-333 of the Code. Upon arraignment, the appellant and his co-defendant entered a plea of "not guilty".
