OPINION

RAMSEY, Chief Justice.

This is a condemnation case. Texas Electric Service Company, Condemnor-Plaintiff, appealed the decision of the Commissioners in condemnation proceedings against Oliver P. Boyce, et ux., Condemnees-Defendants. Plaintiff perfects this appeal from a jury verdict for Defendants in the amount of $8,281.00. We reverse and remand.
