Plaintiff seeks to terminate a trust created for her benefit by her late husband, Richard T. Harriss, Jr. In the alternative, she seeks to invade the principal of the trust to the extent of $40,000 to pay outstanding bills. From an adverse judgment on the merits, plaintiff appealed.
