The Senate of Alabama propounded five questions to the Justices of the Supreme Court concerning Section 58 of the Constitution of the State of Alabama and Rule 2 of the Rules of the Senate of Alabama.

Questions 1, 2, 4, 5 answered.

The Justices declined to answer question 3.
