ORDER

PER CURIAM:

In this cause on the 15th of April, 1972, an order was issued appointing a special master, outlining his duties, and making other provisions with respect to an examination of Andrew J. Utick. The special master entered upon his duties and on May 8, 1972, the Court was advised that said Andrew J. Utick desired to appear before and be heard by the Court and an order was issued setting May 15, 1972 for that purpose.
