Mrs. Billings, by equity petition in the Probate Court, seeks declaratory relief concerning possible interests of her adopted daughter, Betty Jean Neilsen, in the residuary trust under the will of Mrs. Billings's mother, Susan Farnham Fowler (the testatrix), late of North Andover, who died February 16, 1928.
