FINDINGS OF FACT

1. On May 26, 1971, the Philadelphia Police obtained a search warrant, no. 118532, to search an apartment and its assigned basement storage locker belonging to Thomas Winter designated as Apartment 812 of the Duffield House, 3701 Conshohocken Avenue.
