ELLIS, Judge.

This is a suit for damages for personal injuries suffered by plaintiff Ruth Wade when she fell into a hole located at the corner of Louisiana and Evergreen Streets in the City of Baton Rouge. The City of Baton Rouge is the only defendant. After trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of defendant and against plaintiff, and plaintiff has appealed.
