After a hearing in a District Court pursuant to G.L.c. 119, § 54, as amended by St. 1966, c. 374, the juvenile was adjudged a delinquent child in that he did commit murder. He appealed to the Superior Court under G.L.c. 119, § 56, and by a jury verdict he was adjudicated a delinquent by reason of murder in the second degree.
