This appeal from a judgment for defendants entered upon a jury verdict raises questions of alleged error during the course of a trial for money damages brought by a state prisoner under 42 U. S.C. § 1983. Trial was held following remand by us, Wilson v. Prasse, 404 F.2d 1380 (3d Cir.1968), for the purpose of ascertaining whether defendants deprived appellant of his rights...
