Defendants were charged with having, on or about July 23, 1971, unlawfully allowed certain injurious materials to run, flow, wash or be emptied into Fishing Creek in Columbia County, Pa., being waters of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, contrary to the Act of June 22, 1937, P.L. 1987, as amended.
