HAMLIN, Justice:

Defendant appeals from his conviction of armed robbery, LSA-R.S. 14:64, and his sentence to serve ten years in the Louisiana State Penitentiary.1 Two bills of exceptions reserved during the course of the proceedings are presented for our determination.
