In its complaint in this action, the plaintiff, Scott Paper Company, charged the defendant, Fort Howard Paper Company, with infringement of its patent No. 2,834,809 and sought an injunction and damages. The defendant answered and asserted three counterclaims, the first seeking a declaration of invalidity and non-infringement and the second and third seeking relief allegedly for unfair trade practices and unfair competition...
