Initially plaintiff, William H. Wright, brought this suit against the defendants to recover from the named Smith defendants and their insurer, American Employers Insurance Company, the sum of one million eighty three thousand, eight hundred ninety-two and 95/100 ($1,083,892.95) dollars. The plaintiff in his main demand sought recovery of the aforesaid sum in his representative capacity as an officer of Beaurivage of Mandeville, Inc., a Louisiana corporation...
