PER CURIAM.

This is a direct appeal from a conviction, entered upon a jury verdict, under 18 U.S.C. § 922(a)(6). We find no merit to any of the allegations of error, and therefore affirm the conviction.

Due to an error on the part of the sales clerk, Peplinski, who had three prior felony convictions at the time, was allowed to purchase a firearm without being asked to fill out a Form 4473. While in the same store a few days later, however, he was asked...
