This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County entered on July 19, 1971, overruling the petition of garnishee-appellant (hereinafter Computer) to quash execution.

On September 23, 1970, plaintiffs-respondents, (hereinafter Orfs) recovered a default judgment against one Gordon Shewman in the sum of $7,425 and costs. Thereafter, on May 7, 1971, the Orfs filed an affidavit for personal service out of state as to Computer...
