The two above-captioned proceedings were consolidated for trial. The former concerns a promissory note on the face of which the makers ostensibly appear to be use plaintiffs, Antonio Franciosa and Ester Franciosa, his wife, and defendants, Michael Onorato and Rita E. Onorato, his wife.
