This is an appeal by David M. Lane from a judgment in the Marion Criminal Court, Division One, convicting him of the crime of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony. On June 4, 1970, the appellant was indicted for conspiring to commit the crime of second degree burglary. On August 19, 1970, he waived arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty.
