Judgment was entered upon findings of fact and conclusions of law which found the plaintiff, Matt Brown, was the efficient procuring cause of the sale of the Seaton ranch to the Glacier Colony of Hutterites for $810,000 and entitled to a real estate commission in the amount of $40,500, together...
