After a jury verdict of guilty, the court assessed the punishment at imprisonment for a term of seven years. The notice of appeal was filed prior to January 1, 1972, and pursuant to Art. V, § 31, Constitution 1945, V.A.M.S., appellate jurisdiction is in this court.
