Plaintiff, an employee of Chrysler Corp., (Chrysler) was injured while working for Chrysler when a truck operated on Chrysler property by an employee of Interstate Vendaway, Inc. (Vendaway) struck a stack of cartons pinning plaintiff between the cartons and a work table.
