Defendant Wesley Allen Wilkey was found guilty of Burglary on October 3, 1969, and was placed on probation for a period of three years. As a condition of probation, defendant was ordered not to violate any penal statute or ordinance and was further ordered not to associate with John Francis Puckett (who was named by him as his confederate in the burglary) unless another family...
