This is an original proceeding in discipline. The respondent, Larry L. Kopke, as a member of the bar has been practicing law in Great Bend, Kansas, since 1963. This proceeding is the result of three complaints filed against the respondent. One of the charges involves solicitation of business and two charges involve conflict of interest.
