In this action plaintiff sought to recover the sum of $8,500 for services rendered to the defendants in connection with the sale of a business known as Senior Citizens Center, Inc. Defendants filed a general motion to dismiss the petition on the ground that it failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted.
