Defendant-Appellant, Robert Perry, was indicted in three counts for armed robbery, aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon, and aggravated battery by inflicting great bodily harm. Each offense grew out of the same incident. The jury found defendant guilty of all three counts. The Circuit Court of Peoria County imposed a sentence of from ten to twenty years on the conviction...
