Plaintiffs appeal judgments dismissing their consolidated tort actions against defendant, Fruehauf Trailer Company (Fruehauf), for damages for loss, personal injuries and related expenses sustained and incurred while riding as guest passengers in a station wagon being driven by Henry A. Kevlin, Jr. The Kevlin vehicle was struck by a tractor-trailer unit which crossed the median of a four-lane highway when its owner-driver, W. H. Moore, applied his brakes...
