The facts in this litigation are rather unusual. Felix Hicks died on February 12, 1968, and among his effects was a savings account passbook issued by the Exchange Bank and Trust Company. This passbook reflected a deposit in the name of C. S. Hicks in the amount of $175.00, dated October 8, 1932, and withdrawals of $25.00 each on November 25, 1932, and December 3, 1932, thus leaving a balance of $125.00. On June 26, 1970, C. S.
