A jury found the defendants guilty of murder in the second degree. MCLA 750.317; MSA 28.549. Ronald Carter was sentenced to life imprisonment, Joe Fountain was sentenced to a term of 7-1/2 to 15 years in prison, and Melvin Anderson was sentenced to a term of 5 to 10 years in prison.
