On October 27, 1965, the plaintiff (LesCarbeau), a resident of East Providence, owned and operated a motor vehicle which was involved in an intersectional collision with another motor vehicle owned by Morelo Rodrigues (Rodrigues) and driven by his wife, Alice Rodrigues.
