HERNANDEZ, Judge.
Defendant was convicted of fraudulently signing a credit card sales invoice, § 40A-16-32, N.M.S.A. 1953 (2d Repl.Vol. 6). He appeals alleging that the statute is unconstitutional on two grounds.
