The National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act ("the Act"), petitions this Court for enforcement of its order, issued on October 26, 1971, against Respondent Local 294, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America ("the Union"). The Board found that the Union had violated Section 8(b) (1)(A)
