NEBEKER, Associate Judge:

Appellant appeals from a conviction of soliciting for lewd and immoral purposes1 after being found guilty by the trial court sitting without a jury. After considering appellant's contentions relating to asserted First and Fifth Amendment infirmities in the statute and his defense of entrapment, we affirm.
