Appellant, the father of a minor son who was killed while driving an automobile that collided with a motorized tractor and trailer on a public highway, brought suit against appellees under the homicide statute (Tit. 7, § 119, Recompiled Code, 1958) to recover damages of appellees for the wrongful death of his minor son.
