Defendant moves the Court to strike Plaintiff's allegations stating a cause of action under 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e for the reason Plaintiff has failed to comply with the time limitations set out in 42 U.M.S.C.A. § 2000e-5(b) and (d). Plaintiff's Complaint alleges that he was fired on account of his race on April 24, 1970 by the Defendant. On July 31, 1970, Plaintiff filed a complaint with the Oklahoma Human Rights...
