BRONSON, J.

Defendant and one Oscar Purvey were jointly tried for the armed robbery of a Detroit loan office in violation of MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, by a jury in Detroit Recorder's Court. Purvey was acquitted. Defendant was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals of right.
