This appeal is brought by the Town of Barnet so this Court may review the decision of a State Board of Tax Appraisers, appointed by the Tax Commissioner, in which they placed a valuation upon New England Power Company's property in Barnet.

New England Power Company owns real estate and improvements thereon in the Town of Barnet consisting of the Vermont portions of two dams across the Connecticut River, 854.92 acres of land, flowage...
