FRUGE, Judge.

This is a suit by an insured automobile owner against his own liability insurer for recovery on behalf of his two children under the liability portion of his policy for their injuries resulting from his own alleged negligence. The trial court held that he was precluded from bringing this suit because of an exclusionary clause in the policy. Plaintiff appealed. We reverse.
