This case comes to us on appeal from the Circuit Court of Coffee County, Elba Division, in Equity.

The dispute between the parties involves title to 60 acres of wooded lands in Coffee County, Alabama. Ella Potter, seized thereof in fee simple, died intestate in 1954.
