MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PHILIP PRATT, District Judge.

Defendants herein are charged with possession of 11 grams of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. Section 841(a) (1). A motion to suppress was filed on the grounds that the seizure of the said heroin (and other narcotics) was unconstitutional.
