The respondent was charged and convicted as a principal in the felony of obtaining money by false token, under the provisions of 13 V.S.A. § 2002. A bill of particulars was sought by the respondent when charged, and duly furnished. A motion to quash the information was then filed on the single basis that the information failed to allege that the respondent obtained any money in the episode. This motion was denied and the matter proceeded to trial...
