This suit was instituted by plaintiff, Charles Kahn & Co., in two counts. Count I alleges that defendant entered into an agreement with plaintiff whereby plaintiff would obtain a $2,175,000 loan for the development of property at 3740 Highway No. 140, St. Louis County, Missouri, that plaintiff performed under said agreement and that defendant has refused to pay...
