This negligence action arises out of a collision of two trucks on a public highway located in the city of Woonsocket. Trial was held before a Superior Court jury which returned a verdict for the plaintiff. The defendants' (the defendant driver and his employer) motion for a new trial was denied. This appeal ensued.
