Dissenting Opinion July 18, 1972.

Application denied; since the judge has set aside the conviction and sentence and permitted the accused to plead not guilty, this Court will not at this time nullify these acts, notwithstanding our decision in State ex rel. LeBlanc v. Henderson, 261 La. 315, 259 So.2d 557.
