Defendants are the three sons and heirs of James Elliott Lyons, Jr. and Sallie Bradley and Grace Ramey. James Elliott Lyons, Jr. was named in the will as a contingent residual beneficiary as to one-fourth of the estate. Sallie Bradley and Grace Ramey are the surviving sisters of testatrix.
