SMITH, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

Here "one washing machine operator has a dispute with another washing machine operator." At least that was the comment of Morris Karp (Karp), president of appellant Realty Equities Corporation of New York (Realty Equities), when he was asked if he were familiar with the litigation. He apparently had drawn the inference that the prime dispute here was not between appellee, Bakst Service, Inc. (Bakst), and the various parties...
